We hosted third-year Economics and Management students from the International University of Sarajevo on Monday, May 11, 2026, as part of their Business Ethics curriculum. This educational visit is organized with the goal to provide these future industry professionals firsthand insight to airport aviation operations and other business processes.
The visit offered students a firsthand look at key airport facilities and internal operations, focusing particularly on operational management. The Director of Security Department, Senad Malić gave a presentation on security procedures at the Training Center, emphasizing the importance of the human factor in maintaining safety and security at Sarajevo Airport.
On this occasion, the students were also welcomed by the Acting Airport, Director Dino Selimović, with whom they discussed ethical challenges and crisis situations in the aviation industry.
Such visits represent a crucial connection between the academic community and practical experience, contributing to a better understanding of the challenges and responsibilities in contemporary aviation.
